Instructions

Step 2: Make the flour and batter.

Mix all the ingredients for flour coating in a large dish. Make the batter by whisking all batter ingredients together. Dredge the marinated chicken pieces in the flour and dust off the excess.

Step 3: Fry the chicken

Place a heavy, medium-sized pan over medium heat to heat up the extra virgin olive oil. Heat it up for at least 10 mins or until when a wooden chopstick is inserted into the oil; it shows lots of bubbles.

Once the oil becomes hot, dip the already coated chicken pieces into the oil and allow them to cook. Regulate the heat accordingly to avoid burning them before they cook inside.
